About Lebo Pule

I am a teacher, psychospiritual coach, author, and dialogue facilitator. My work sits at the intersection of emotional intelligence, healing, personal growth, and conscious leadership. I guide individuals and organizations into deeper self-awareness — because sustainable influence begins within.

My Roots

I grew up in Alexandra Township, South Africa

That environment shaped me in ways no qualification ever could. It taught me to observe people closely — to notice what is said and what is avoided, who carries responsibility quietly, who performs strength, who suppresses pain.

I learned early that behavior always has a backstory.

Before I had language for “leadership” or “emotional intelligence,” I was watching how people survive, how they cope, how they adapt, and how they fracture under pressure.

Those observations stayed with me.

Later, entrepreneurship i taught me hard lessons about being an outlier and responsibility. And writing gave me space to reflect, writing lead me to Coaching which gave me a container and structure to do my work.

But the root of my work has always been the same:

Understanding what drives us beneath the surface — and helping people heal through taking ownership of that.

My Work In the World Today

For over a decade, I have worked with individuals who appear capable and accomplished on the outside but know there is deeper work to be done internally.

Medical doctors. Lawyers. Entrepreneurs. Executives. Creatives. Emerging leaders. Women navigating reinvention. Men confronting identity shifts. Teams struggling with communication. Managers overwhelmed by responsibility.

Different contexts, same underlying truth:

Performance without self-awareness eventually collapses.

My work is not motivational, it is developmental.

I work with emotional patterns, inherited narratives, leadership blind spots, nervous system responses, identity transitions, and the quiet fears people rarely name publicly.

In corporate spaces, I facilitate dialogue and leadership development that moves beyond strategy into emotional intelligence and relational accountability.

In one-on-one spaces, I guide psychospiritual integration — helping clients move from coping and surviving to self mastery.

Alone: Growing Up in Alexandra

In Alone: Growing Up in Alexandra, I share the story of my early life in Alexandra township and the experiences that shaped my formative years.

Through personal reflection, I write about childhood, family dynamics, early motherhood, and the responsibilities I carried long before I was ready. The book is an honest account of growing up in Alexandra, while exploring deeper themes of resilience, identity, and the search for meaning.

Alone: From Hustling to Healing

continues my journey beyond survival and into the deeper work of healing and self-understanding.

In this book, I reflect on adulthood, entrepreneurship, relationships, and the inner work required to confront one’s past and reclaim a sense of self. It is a story about moving from hustle and survival toward a more conscious and intentional life.

If you'd like, I can also show you a very elegant one-sentence introduction for the “My Books” section that will make it feel beautifully integrated into your About Lebo page instead of feeling like a separate add-on.
