There comes a moment when insight alone no longer carries you forward.
You know your patterns, you named your wounds, you know where they come from, you understand your shadows. You know the language of triggers and archetypes, and you’ve done the inner work to recognize them.
And yet, when life meets you in the everyday, something still holds you back. You hesitate. You second-guess. You soften your truth or swallow words you meant to speak. You choose safety over what you know is right.
That gap between what you understand and how you actually live is the place where this work begins. This is for week transmission, is the journey of closing that gap—of letting wisdom move from your mind into your body, your choices, your relationships, your presence.
Who this is for

You have already done inner work and understand your patterns
You are familiar with Shadow Work and self-awareness practices
You can articulate your wounds, triggers, and behaviors
But you are not yet fully expressing yourself in your life
You still hesitate, shrink, or overthink when it matters

It is for the woman who is ready to live what she already knows.
Why Winter?
There is something about winter that makes it easier to go within, to dig deep. Life slows down, there is less distraction.
There’s more time and space to sit with yourself and reflect.
And in that stillness, certain truths become harder to ignore.
This container is intentionally held in winter
to support reflection, honesty, and real internal shifts.

Week 1 — The Gap
Where your life is not reflecting what you know We confront the space between your awareness and your behavior. No more intellectualizing—just truth. This week is about naming the dissonance clearly, so you can stop circling around it and begin to move through it with honesty and courage.
Week 2 — Visibility & Fear
What you believe will happen if you are fully seen We explore the real reason you hold back: fear of judgment, rejection, and outgrowing who you’ve been. Together we’ll look at the stories you’ve told yourself about being visible, and begin to loosen their grip so you can step into fuller expression.
Week 3 — Voice & Power
Interrupting silence and self-editing We work with the moments where you don’t say the thing, soften your truth, or give your power away. This week is about reclaiming your voice—learning to speak from clarity and conviction, even when it feels risky.
Week 4 — Embodiment
Living, choosing, and showing up differently This is where things shift. You begin to move, decide, and show up as the woman you know yourself to be. Embodiment is the practice of carrying your awareness into action, so that your choices, presence, and relationships reflect the truth you’ve claimed.
